Lisa Graff joined the Writopia, NYC community in summer 2010. She is the author of several middle-grade novels, including The Thing About Georgie and Umbrella Summer, both from HarperCollins. Her first chapter book, Sophie Simon Solves Them All, was published in September 2010. Lisa's books have been named to a dozen state reading lists, and when she's not writing new books or leading workshops, she can often be found jetting across the country to talk to children and adults about books and writing.
