Haley has had an interest in writing starting from a young age (as explained in the story). She got her inspiration for her story when she went home one day to find that her sister had hacked into her Facebook account and changed Haley’s status to a mean message about Haley being too competitive. When she is older she hopes to either rediscover unicorns (they’re hiding with the rhinoceroses) or write. It is impossible to say which of these is more plausible.

Noor was born in Cairo, Egypt, and moved to Virginia when he was almost three. He has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and understanding the way things work; he is fascinated with biology and the psychology of the Fine Arts. He plays piano, drums, bass, keyboard, guitar, various exotic percussion, and sings. He also composes music, focusing mostly on rhythmic and linguistic experimentation. He finds writing a great way to explore the way audiences think and behave, as well as an opportunity to test the limits of human understanding and perception.
