Join us this summer for Writopia’s full-day summer camp!

This Writopia Lab camp meets for two weeks in July and two weeks in August. Campers have the option of signing up for one to four week-long sessions. Each day includes a three-hour Writopia writing intensive, where 6 to 8 campers will work with a published author on their original pieces. Campers choose to focus on either fiction, memoir, poetry, scripts, or journalism during a workshop, and will leave the camp with a finished piece.

In the afternoon, campers take part in a variety of field trips, festivities, and fiction fun.

• Mornings: Writing fiction or memoir (your choice), workshopping, revising, and hopefully, polishing.
• Afternoons: poetry in park, productive and fun outdoor writing games, a visit to a major publishing house,
• a graphic novel seminar
