Playwriting and Performance Summer Camp
 This Writopia Lab camp meets for a full day for two weeks in July and another two weeks in August. Campers have the option of signing up for one, two, or four weeks. Each day includes a three-hour Writopia writing intensive, where the campers will work with a produced playwright on their original plays. Campers choose to focus on dramas or comedies and will leave the camp with a finished play. In the afternoon, campers delve into the theatrics of their plays (including acting, and if campers wish, singing and dancing as well) under the guidance of NYC theater professionals. There will be one trip to an off-Broadway show. This camp culminates in a performance on the two Friday evenings of the camp weeks.
