Tom Storch
Instructor
Tom Storch has been a creative writing and essay instructor at Writopia since 2023. He was born in Denver, Colorado and lives in Queens, New York. He has a BFA in Creative Writing from CUNY Brooklyn College and an MFA from The Writer's Foundry at St. Joseph's University, where he taught composition courses and was editor-in-chief of The Writer's Foundry Review. An avid reader, he also co-hosted two Jane Austen-themed podcasts, Second Impressions: The Pride and Prejudice Podcast and Second Chances: The Persuasion Podcast. Currently, in addition to helping young writers develop their voices at Writopia, he reads for The Maine Review and is working on a collection of short fiction.
